第33卷第1期 青 岛科技大 学学报 (社会科学版 ) Vo1．33．No．1 2017生3B JournalofQingdaoUniversityofScienceandTechnology(SocialSciences) Mar．2017 ● 城 市发 展研 究 收缩城市研究进展及战略思考 。 王晓玲 (东北财经大学 经济与社会发展研究院，辽宁 大连 116025) [摘 要]在世界城市化水平不断提高的大趋势下，收缩城市已在全球出现，以增长为假设前提的城市经济增长模 型受到极大挑战，研究收缩城市发生发展和应对策略成为急迫任务。国内外研究者就收缩城市的特征、类型、内涵、识 别、分布、机理、应对等问题展开研究，但系统的收缩城市理论尚未建立，特别是针对中国城市的局部收缩，相关研究 还处于概念it．iT,和实证探索的起步阶段，不足以应对由增长到收缩的重大转折。在中国城市化水平稳步提升的背景下， 收缩城市将不可避免地发生，应有充足的理论和实证研究储备。在深入探索收缩城市内涵的基础上，应确立相对规范 的收缩城市识别标准，重点探索中国收缩城市形成机理，提 出有针对性的应对策略。 [关键词]收缩城市；研究进展 ；战略思考 [中图分类号]F291 [文献标识码】A [文章编号】1671—8372(2017)0卜0001—08 Theresearchprogressandstrategicthinkingofshrinkingcities WANGXiao_1ing (ResearchAcademyofEconomicandSocialDevelopment，DongheiUniversityofFinanceandEconomy, Dalian116025，China) Abstract：Theshrinkingciteshaveappearedallovertheworldunderthetrendoftheworldurbanizationenhancing unceasingly，andtheurbaneconomicgrowthmodelwiththeassumptionofgrowthisfacingseverechallenges．Itisanurgent tasktostudythedevelopmentandthecopingstrategyof shrinkingcites．Researchersathomeandabroadhavestudiedthe characteristics，category,connotation，identification，distribution，mechanism，copingofshrinkingcites，but thesystematic theoryof shrinkingciteshasnotbeenestablished，especiallyforthelocalshrinkageof Chinesecities，therelevantresearch isstillintheinitialstageof conceptualunderstandingandempiricalexploration，notenoughtocopewithasignificant turningpointfrom growthot shrinking．UnderthebackgroundofChina’Surbanizationlevelrisingsteadily,shrinkingcities willinevitablyoccur,SOweshouldhaveadequatereservesof theoreticalandempiricalresearch．Onthebasisofexploringthe connotationofshrinkingcities，weshouldestablisharelativestandardidentificationcrite
