First, the practical significance of the research 
  Panel discussion is one of the main forms of cooperative learning, but how to better play the role of the panel discussion, to make it better with our blend of traditional teaching to help us in the teaching of biological disciplines to further develop the characteristics of the discipline to stimulate students interest in learning, we also need further reflection and research. 
      At present, the prevalence of some of the teaching team to discuss the form of misunderstanding, misuse and abuse. A lot of teachers think that, open the open class, there must be break-out sessions, what is more, evaluation of a lesson, as long as breakout sessions, will be able to put ‘reflect the new curriculum ideas,’ the hat, and some teachers, no matter what class, regardless of questions or need to discuss, all group discussions, so we need to think deeply effective panel discussion organized strategy to really help us to improve the biological quality of classroom teaching for group discussions, we generally need to address the following questions: ① What lessons need to organize a panel discussion? ② What kind of problems to be a panel discussion? ③ how organized a panel discussion? ④ panel discussion teachers what to do? ⑤ of the panel discussions of how to assess the results? solve these problems, help us in the classroom to organize an effective group discussion, so that the teaching should play role. 
  Second, the research objectives and breakthrough 
  The subject of the study is to address how to organize a panel discussion on the issue effectively, for the majority of high school teachers can refer to and provide a classroom can be applied to the basic model, but, in fact, the process of group discussion is not our pursuit of the ultimate goal, we are looking for is the effect of group discussion, better than the original
