残疾人救助事业与新科技革命 高钟1 摘 要：残疾人救助事业是随着工业化的进程而逐步在世界发展的。人类科学的每一 个进步也都能为残疾人救助事业吸纳与利用。上世纪八十年代以来，人类开始进 入新一轮的科技革命，互联肉是这个革命的先锋部队。其他的几个方面，如基础 利学研究、新能源、新资源研究、生物技术研究、农业科学研究、生命健康研究等 都在日新月异的发展中，很多新成果已经出现。这个新的科技革命的成果是可以 而且应当引入到残疾人救助事业之中的。所以，关心残疾人救助事业的单位与个 人， 应当密切注意新科技革命成果如何应用到残疾人救助事业中去的问题。即 如何在网络、云计算、大数据时代中，运用互联网思维去关心与解决残疾人的救 助与发展。 关键词：残疾救助与工业化、互联网思维、新科技革命 Disabled relief business and new science and technology revolution Gao Zhong Abstract ：The disabled assistance is with the process of industrialization and gradually in the development of the world.
