浅谈劳务派遣存在的问题及对策(Problems and Countermeasures of labor dispatch)
Labor dispatch in China, also known as the labor dispatch, labor dispatch, labor dispatch, personnel dispatch, personnel leasing, leasing or leasing of human resources staff in foreign countries, also known as temporary employment service (temporary help service), refers to the dispatched employees dispatched institutions according to the employers needs and establish their own labor the relationship between the sent to the employer, the employer to pay the fee to the dispatch dispatch agencies, dispatch agencies pay for a special employment relationship of labor remuneration to the dispatched staff.

Labor dispatch in China started late, compared with developed countries, is still limited in size and number, but the development is unusually rapid, experienced germination stage, foreign demand for a full range of stage growth stage and standardized development, as shown in figure 2. From the demand point of view, there is still greater potential for development. Although labor dispatch is still in its initial stage of development, it has shown an important role in promoting employment in china. Labor dispatch plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the transformation of the employment mechanism in the system, promoting the transformation of urban and rural employment structure, and regulating the supply and demand situation of the labor market. It can be said that in a period of time to come, labor dispatch will continue to play a special role as an important form of employment and employment. There are also some problems in the development of labor dispatch.
