胃肠病学中西医结合现状及未来摘 要:消化系统疾病包括食管、胃、肠、肝、胆、胰等器官的器质性和功能性疾病,尤其是胃肠病,临床十分常见,病程较长,治疗困难,甚至还会发生癌变,单纯依靠西医或传统医学往往不能达到满意效果。因此,胃肠病学是中西医结合医学研究的一个重要组成部分。近年来该领域的中西医结合取得了长足的发展。从常见胃肠病的中西医结合诊疗标准的建立、常见胃肠病中西医结合研究进展、消化病常用中药的研究以及胃肠病中医证候基础的研究四个方面总结了中西医结合胃肠病学发展的现状。还对中西医结合胃肠病学的未来进行了展望,提出了以难治性消化系统疾病为切入点进行临床治疗领域的中西医结合,关注生命科学的高新技术的导入,重视培养优秀中西医结合人才。中西医结合胃肠病学的发展可以融合我国传统医学和现代医学的长处,促进消化病学的发展,造福于人类。 关键词:胃肠病;中西医结合;研究进展;展望 中图分类号:R2-031 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1673-7717(2010)01-0031-05 The Status Quo and Future of Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on Gastroenterology WEI Mu?xin,WANG Ping (The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University,Nanjing 210029,Jiangsu,China) Abstract:Digestive system diseases,including the organic and functional diseases of esophageal,stomach,intestines,liver,gall bladder,pancreas and other organs,particularly gastrointestinal disorders,are very common in clinical.The features of these diseases are longer course,difficult therapy and even carcinogenesis.It is difficult to achieve satisfactory results just rely on Western Medicine or Traditional Chinese Medicine.Therefore,gastroenterology is an important part of integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine.In recent years,gastroenterology has get a remarkable development in this field.The present paper summarizes the status quo of gastroenterology in integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine,including establishment of common gastroenterology therapeutic standards in integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,research progress of common gastroenterology,the research of common Chinese herbs used on the digestive,as well as the research of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes based on gastroenterology.The present paper prospect integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine,taking immedicable digestive diseases in clinical as breakthrough point,concerning the import of high-tech in life sciences,paying attention to nurture outstandi
