含奈达铂方案治疗晚期恶性肿瘤近期疗效观察

摘 要 目的：观察奈达铂(Nedaplatin，NDP)$~ff其他化疗药治疗头颈部癌、食管癌及非小细胞肺癌的I临床疗效及其不良反应。方
法：本组14例患者均经病理或细胞学、影像学所证实，其中初治4例，复发l0例。初治4例中，鼻咽癌2例、舌癌1例、牙龈癌1例；复
发的 l0例中，非小细胞肺癌4例、食管癌3锄、鼻咽癌3例，按 1997年国际抗癌联盟(UICC)的I临床恶性肿瘤分期(TNM分期)法进行
分期，所有患者均为Ⅳ期。结果：运用含NDP的化疗方案治疗头颈部肿瘤、非小细胞肺癌、食管癌的有效率分别为57．14％、25．00％、
33．30％ 不良反应方面．Ⅱ度以上的白细胞下降和血小板下降分别为42．86％、胃肠道反应中恶心50、00％、呕吐35．7l％，而Ⅱ度以上
肾功能损害发生率仅为12．50％。结论：含奈达铂的化疗方案具有一定的I】盎床疗效，胃肠道反应、肾脏毒性轻。

Short—term Efficacy of Nedaplatin—Contained Chemotherapy for Advanced Carcinoma

ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the therapeutic effect and the toxic reaction of Nedaplatin(NDP)combined with
other chemo—drugs in the treatment of advanced carcinoma．METHODS：A total 14 patients who had been confirmed as
having advanced cancer by pathology or cytology and imaging were enrolled，of whom，4 were initial treatment cases and 10
recarrent cases．Of the 4 initial cases，2 were with nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)，1 tongue cancer and 1 carcinoma of
gingiva1．Of the 10 recurrent cases，4 were with NSCLC，3 esophageal carcinoma and 3 NPC．All the patients were at TNM
stage IV based on the TNM staging recommended by International Union Against Cancer(UIAC)．RESULTS：The effective
rates of NPD—contained chemotherapy for head＆ neck cancer．NSCLC and esophageal carcinoma were 57．14％ ，25．0％
and 33．3％．respectively．As for the major toxic reactions，the rate of patients with reductions(above grade II)of WBC
and blood platelets was 42．86％：in terms of gastrointestinal tract reaction，50％ showed nausea and 35．7 1％ vomiting
while only 1 2．5％ showed renal function damage(above gradeⅡ)．CONCLUSION：NDP used concurrently with other
chemo—drugs was proved to be of certain efficacy in advanced carcinom
