ABSTRACT In the age of globalization, the pressure of the competition and the complex environment beyond the integration of traditional organization coordinated ability,in the management, the team is used more and more, more decision and behavior will be worked out by a team. Team effectiveness is the most important standard to measure a team,and internal team trust is the most direct factors to affect team effectiveness.Because internal team trust will ultimately affect the team effectiveness by to affecte the team conflict, team cohesion, team communication, internal team knowledge sharing, and other team behavior. So it plays a key and fundamental role ,becames a core dimension to affecte all dimensions of team behavior.In addition, trust is a hotspot of various disciplines. It can be found through the study of previous team effectiveness model, “input- process-output” framework established by descriptive model as a basic model is followed by many models,each model is just different in the input factor, process factor and output factor contained contents aspect. The research follows “input-process–output” framework, firstly constructs the theoretical model of research ,then based on theoretical model, puts forward a series of research hypotheses.This paper takes internal team trust as independent variable, and takes team behavior as dependent variable, takes team effectiveness as intermediary variable, divides internal team trust into four dimensions, respectively they are trust between team members (member trust), trust of team members to team leaders(t
