两种麻醉方法用于取卵术临床效果分析 　 作者:刘亚贤，宫涛，赵静，郭艳增，孙丽娜，姜心，孙晓玲 【摘要】 目的 研究不同麻醉方式下取卵手术效果及对获卵率的影响。方法 将体外受精-胚胎移植、卵胞浆内单精子注射手术的患者随机分为全麻组（异丙酚静脉推注，80例）和局麻组（度冷丁肌注+利多卡因宫颈旁阻滞，80例），观察两组患者的麻醉效果、循环系统的变化及获卵率。结果 术中两组麻醉效果比较无显著性差异（Pgt;0.05），局麻组术后镇痛效果明显优于全麻组（Plt;0.05）；术中两组患者血压比较有非常显著性差异（Plt;0.01）、心率有显著性差异（Plt;0.05）；两组获卵率比较无显著性差异（Pgt;0.05）。结论 两种麻醉方法对取卵手术过程中的镇痛效果及获卵率没有影响，但是术后局麻镇痛效果明显优于全麻；全麻组多数患者在手术中出现一过性血压和心率下降。 【关键词】 体外受精-胚胎移植；麻醉，全身；麻醉，局部 Clinical effects of two different anaesthetic techniques during oocyte retrieval operation for in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer 【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effects on the oocyte retrieval operation and oocyte retrieval rate under two different anesthetic techniques for in vitro fertilization.Methods Patients were divided into general anaesthesia group(Propofol intravenous injection’80 cases)and local anaesthesia group(Dolantin intramuscular injection+Lidocaine uterosacral block’80 cases)randomly.The effects of anaesthesia’heart rates and oocyte retrieval rates were evaluated.Results The effects of anaesthesia were no difference during the operation between the two groups(P＜0.05)’but after the operation the analgesic effect in the local anaesthesia group were better(Plt;0.05).The blood pressure and heart rate presented significant difference between two groups for operation(Plt;0.01;Plt;0.05).The oocyte retrieval rates were similar between the two groups(Pgt;0.05).Conclusion The two different anesthetic techniques don?t affect the outcome of anaesthesia during the oocyte retrieval operation and oocyte retrieval rate’but the patients in the general anaesthesia group feel more painful than those in the local anaesthesia group after operation.The temporary decrease of heart rate and blood pressure may be observed in most patients in general anaesthesia group. 【Key words】 in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer;anaesthesia’general;anaesthesia’local 体外受精-胚胎移植（in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer’IVF-ET）及其衍生技术在临床上主要包括促超排卵、取卵术和胚胎移植三个环节，其中关键之一是取卵术
