试论如何依托校园文艺活动提升理工科学生综合素质 ——以机电学院为例 摘要 在这个新时期的知识经济时代，伴随着金融风暴席卷中国，社会对于高校的人才培养提出了越来越高的要求。但理工科学院过于重视大学生专业技能的培养，以致于在艺术素养和人文素养方面出现了与社会需求相脱节的现状，并有愈演愈烈之势。因此，理工科学院应该提高对校园文艺活动的重视，实行“一主多辅”的教学体系，在科学教育为主的前提下，多开展有益于理工科学生提高综合素养的校园文艺活动，来确立艺术素质和科学素质综合发展的培养目标。丰富多彩的校园文艺活动正是校园精神文化的主要表现形式，是高校构建校园文化备受青睐、卓有成效、最有活力的载体。本文结合新形势下高校校园文化的新特点、新规律，就如何积极在文艺活动上开辟新途径，采取新举措来大力繁荣校园文艺活动、全面推进大学生素质教育进行了系统的分析。 关键词：理工科学院；校园文艺活动；综合素养 ABSTRACT In this new era of knowledge economy, along with the financial turmoil in China, the community of personnel training is increasingly high demand. However, we attach great importance to science and engineering college students professional quality in the training of literacy in the arts and humanities and social aspects of the requirements are out of touch, seem relatively weak. Therefore, we should improve the science and engineering college campus cultural activities focus on the implementation of a major multi-secondary education system, mainly in the context of science education, and more work for the benefit of science and engineering students to improve the overall quality of campus cultural activities to the establishment of artistic quality and the scientific quality of the integrated development of the training objectives.
