精品论文 参考文献 CT增强扫描造影剂渗漏的预防及护理分析 薛永春 　　（四川省中江县人民医院 四川德阳 618100） 　　【摘要】CT是利用精确准直的X线束、gamma;射线、超声波等，与灵敏度极高的探测器同围绕人体的某一部位作一个接一个的断面扫描，具有扫描时间快，图像清晰等特点，目前被应用于多种疾病的检查中。CT增强扫描就是在血管内注入对比剂而进行的扫描技术，主要是经静脉快速注入含碘造影剂，使血中含碘量维持一定水平，增强器官和病灶的影像效果；可以发现平扫未发现的病灶，主要用于鉴别病变为血管性或非血管性，明确纵膈病变与心脏大血管的关系，了解病变的血供情况以帮助鉴别良、恶性病变等；增加病灶的信息量，以便于对病灶定性分析甚至明确诊断。造影剂属于药物的一种，主要用于介入放射学操作中，用来显示血管、体腔的内部结构或状态。造影剂种类多样，目前含碘制剂较为多用。造影剂渗漏可引起局部组织水肿、疼痛等症状，严重降低了CT增强扫描的成功率及效果。为此本研究中分析了CT增强扫描造影剂渗漏的原因并探讨了预防和护理方法，旨在提高CT增强扫描的成功率、降低造影剂渗漏的发生率。 　　【关键词】CT；CT增强扫描；造影剂渗漏 　　【中图分类号】R472 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1007-8231（2016）01-0178-02 　　The Prevention and nursing analysis of the leakage of contrast agent in CT enhanced scanning 　　【Abstract】CT is the use of accurate alignment of the X-ray beam, gamma ray, ultrasonic, and highly sensitive detectors with around the body of a site as a after a section scanning with scanning time fast, clear image features, is currently being used in a variety of diseases examination.
