精品论文 参考文献 中药补肾壮筋汤治疗肝肾不足型膝关节骨性关节炎临床分析 刘波 　　（成都市中西医结合医院骨一科 四川 成都 610017） 　　【摘要】 目的：研究对肝肾不足型膝关节骨性关节炎采用中药补肾壮筋汤治疗的临床分析。方法：在我院治疗肝肾不足型膝关节骨性关节炎的患者60例按照随机对照原则平均分成对照组和实验组两组，对照组患者采用口服骨康胶囊，实验组患者采用口服补肾壮筋汤，观察记录两组患者在治疗前后Lysholm总评分和主次症状体征积分进行比较，记录治疗期间发生的不良反应。结果：经过治疗后，两组患者的Lysholm总评分均较各自治疗前升高，实验组患者的分数高于对照组；两组患者治疗后的中医证候总评分和各项症状评分均较治疗前低，且实验组患者治疗后的各项分数均低于对照组；所有患者均未出现不良反应。结论：肝肾不足型膝关节骨性关节炎患者采用中药补肾壮筋汤治疗方案是一种安全有效的治疗方案，值得推广。 　　【关键词】 补肾壮筋汤；肝肾不足型；膝关节骨性关节炎 　　【中图分类号】R24 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）04-0032-02 　　The Clinical analysis of Traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type knee osteoarthritis Liu Bo. 　　Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital,Sichuan Province, Cheng Du610017,China. 　　【Abstract】Objective To study the clinical analysis of the treatment of the deficiency of the liver and kidney in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee.Method In our hospital treatment of knee osteoarthritis of type of deficiency of liver and kidney in patients 60 cases in accordance with the principle of randomized divided into the control group and the experimental group and control group were treated with oral administration of Gukang capsule, patients in experimental group were treated by BushenZhuangjin decoction, observe and record the two groups of patients were compared in the Lysholm score and the primary and secondary symptoms and signs scores in before and after treatment recorded adverse reaction occurred during the treatment period.Result After treatment, the total Lysholm score of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, the scores of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group. The total score and symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those of the control group, and the scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group. Conclusion The treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type knee osteoarthritis patients with Chinese herb
