The key to rural revitalization is to promote the integration of urban and rural development, and to co-ordinate urban and rural development needs to follow the“government led, urban linkage, full participation”construction law. The development models of“garden city”, “industrialization and urbanization”and“integration of urban and rural areas”adopted by developed countries in the process of urbanization can be used for reference and replication. In view of this, the internal logic of segregation of some developed countries, the integration of urban and rural areas, and the international scope of the integration of urban and rural experience“mirror”to Chinese characteristics of urbanization process, and the three-dimensional outline paradigm China features the integration of urban and rural construction, the development of the concept of capital model and the social need, can deepen the sense it highlights the new era meaning road confidence, theoretical confidence, confidence in the system, cultural confidence in the integration of urban and rural areas in china.
