精品论文 参考文献 孕前检查对胎儿出生情况的影响及分析 朱伟芳 任忠英 唐华 　　（松江区泗泾镇社区卫生服务中心 上海 201601） 　　【摘要】 目的：分析孕前健康检查对胎儿出生情况的影响。方法：选取2014年9月～2015年4月，我区1500对符合生育政策并计划怀孕的育龄夫妇。其中750对参加孕前优生健康检查，视为观察组；另外750对未参加孕前优生健康检查视为对照组。分别对两组研究对象建立档案进行登记对比。结果两组胎儿出生情况（包括出生缺陷、出生体重、出生评分）比较均无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05）。进一步比较两组不良妊娠率（包括自然流产、被迫终止妊娠），具有统计学意义（Plt;0.01）。结论:由于孕期产前检查的规范及大力开展，对于胎儿出生情况可能没有明显的区别，但是孕前健康检查对于不良妊娠结局的减少有着重要的意义。所以，孕前健康检查仍是相当重要和关键的。 　　【关键词】 孕前检查；胎儿缺陷；不良妊娠 　　【中图分类号】R714.4 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）07-0024-02 　　An Analysis and Effects of Pre-pregnancy Examination on Birth Situation Zhu Weifang, 　　 Ren Zhongying,Tang Hua.Sijing Community Health Services of Songjiang Desert District,shanghai 201601,China 　　【Abstract】Objective The analysis of pre-pregnancy health inspection of birth. Results The observation group of birth situation(birth defects,birth weight,birth score) were all no statistical significance than the control group (Pgt;0.05).Further more campare adverse pregnancy outcomes (this mainly refers to the miscarriage ,forced to terminate the pregnancy)of two groups, The observation group of adverse pregnancy outcomes were significantly lower than the control group (Plt;0.01). Conclusion Because the specification and vigorously carry out of antenatal examination in pregnancy, The observation group of birth situation(birth defects,birth weight,birth score) were all no statistical significance than the control group (Pgt;0.05).But The development of free pre pregnancy check can effectively reduce the adverse pregnancy outcomes.So the pre-pregnancy examination should be popularized
