China National Research Institute of Food and Fermentation Industries, Beijing 100027, China) Abstract ：This article gives an introduction on the haz ard of DEHP which is wildly used in the lid gasket in our country, the restriction regulation of the use of DEHP in lid gasket in other countries and the replacement of DEHP used in lid gasket. It also introduces briefly on the amending information of National Standard GB9685-2003. With regard to the long distance between the developed country and us in the field of the research and industry of non-toxicity p lasticizer, the article points out that our country and the related enterprise are supposed to enhance the research on this field, realize the industrialization as soon as possible, break through the international barriers and do help with foreign exchange earning.
