精品论文 参考文献 实时荧光PCR检测高危型HPV的结果分析 刘学平（湖北省天门巿夏钢医院检验科 431700） 【摘要】目的 通过观察我院收治的对宫颈病变患者的临床诊断资料，探讨分析采用实时荧光PCR检测高危型HPV的价值。方法 对我院收治的158例宫颈病变患者患者，进行实时荧光PCR检测，分析检测结果，并与第2代杂交捕获法(HC-Ⅱ)的检测结果对比。结果 HPV在宫颈癌患者阳性表达率达90%以上,与HC-Ⅱ相比，差异无统计学意义；PCR检测宫颈病变与HC-Ⅱ的检测结果的阳性率分别为：74.7%与70.9%，差异无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05）；但两种方法检测HSIL的HPV阳性率明显高于宫颈炎症、湿疣（Plt;0.01），除LSIL外，其他病变中的PCR检出率均略高于HC-Ⅱ。结论 采用实时荧光PCR检测高危型HPV，可用于确诊患者是否患有宫颈癌，提示高危型HPV感染与宫颈病变、宫颈癌发生有一定的相关性，值得进一步推广与应用分析。 【关键词】高危型HPV 实时荧光PCR 检测 【中图分类号】R446 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2013）28-0115-02 The Analysis Of The Result In The Real-Time Fluorescent PCR Detection Of High-Risk Type HPV 【Abstract】 Objective after observed the Clinical diagnosisrsquo;s information of the patients with the cervical lesions in our hospital,To analyse the value of the real-time fluorescent PCR detection of high-risk type HPV . Method Used the Real-time fluorescent PCR in the 158 cases of patients with cervical lesions ,analysed the detection,and contrasted with the method of generation of hybrid capture 2(HC -Ⅱ) test results .Result The HPV in cervical cancer patients with positive expression rate was more than 90%,Compared with the HC-Ⅱ, there was no statistically significant difference; The PCR detection of cervical lesions with HC-Ⅱ of positive test results, was 74.7% and 70.9%,respectively,there was no statistically significant difference(Pgt;0.05),But the two methods of detecting HPV positive rate of HSIL was obviously higher than that of cervical inflammation , condyloma(Plt;0.01), except the LSIL, other lesions of PCR detection rates were slightly higher than the HC-Ⅱ.Conclusion The real-time fluorescence PCR of high-risk type HPV, can be used in the diagnosis of patients that can be suffered from cervical cancer,it prompt that high-risk type HPV infection is related to the cervical disease,and cervical cancer, it is worthy of further popularization and application analysis. 【Keywords】high risk type HPV real-time flu
