胃癌组织中核不均一核糖核蛋白K的表达 及其与幽门螺杆菌L型感染的关系 赵艳 金鑫 田甜 于东红 [摘要] 目的 探讨人胃癌组织中核不均一核糖核蛋白K(hnRNPK)的表达及其与幽门螺杆菌 L型(Hp-L)感染的关系。方法 应用革兰氏染色和免疫组化法检测100例胃癌组织、50例癌旁组织 及30例正常组织的Hp-L型感染情况，应用免疫组化Elivision法检测hnRNPK蛋白的表达，原位杂交 方法检测hnRNPK mRNA的表达。结果 胃癌组、癌旁组和正常组Hp-L型感染的阳性率分别为 67.0％、58.0％和23.3％，胃癌组与癌旁组差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，但与正常组比较，差异有统 计学意义(P＜0.05)。胃癌组hnRNPK蛋白和mRNA的表达阳性率分别为82.0％和86.0％，均明显 高于癌旁组和正常组（均P＜0.05）。胃癌组织中hnRNPK蛋白的表达与胃癌的分化程度、淋巴结转 移、临床分期有关（均P＜0.05）。胃癌组Hp-L型感染阳性者的hnRNPK蛋白表达阳性率为92.5％， 高于Hp-L型感染阴性组(60.6％，P＜0.05)。相关分析表明，胃癌组hnRNPK蛋白表达与Hp-L型感 染呈正相关(r =0. 391，P＜0.01)。结论 胃癌组织中hnRNPK高表达，Hp-L型感染可促进hnRNPK 的表达，两者在胃癌发生、发展过程中可能具有协同作用。 胃肿瘤； 核不均一核糖核蛋白K；幽门螺杆菌，L型 Expression of hnRNPK in gastric carcinoma and its relationship with Helicobacter pylori L-form ZHAO Yan JIN Xin TIAN Tian YU Dong-hong Department of Pathology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College, Anhui Key Laboratory of Infection and Immunity, Bengbu 233004, China [Abstract ] Objective To investigate the expression feature of heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein Kin gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance, and to explore the relationship between hnRNPK expression and Helicobacter pylori L-form infection.
