精品论文 参考文献 左卡尼汀联合步长稳心颗粒治疗冠心病室性早搏疗效观察 张大勇 王永春 邸云峰 胡波 刘思泰 李德才 胡腾 王庆旭 　　（川北医学院附属第二医院心内科/四川绵阳404医院 621000） 　　【摘要】目的 探讨左卡尼汀联合步长稳心颗粒治疗冠心病室性早搏的疗效。方法 室性早搏患者214例随机分成两组，治疗组(107例) 口服步长稳心颗粒9g，每日3次，同时静脉滴注0.9%ns 100ml+左卡尼汀3g qdtimes;12d，继续服用步长稳心颗粒9g，每日3次共4周 对照组(107例)单服步长稳心颗粒9g，每日3次共四周。两组治疗4周前后观察24 h动态心电图的变化及症状改善情况。结果 联合组总有效率为93.46%，对照组79.44%，两组差异有统计学意义 (Plt;0.05) 治疗组症状改善总有效率为98.13%，对照组为86.91% ( Plt;0.05)。结论 左卡尼汀联合步长稳心颗粒治疗冠心病室性早搏疗效优于单用步长稳心颗粒。疗效满意，不良反应少，具有明确的临床意义。 　　【关键词】左卡尼汀 步长稳心颗粒 冠心病 室性早搏 　　【中图分类号】R453 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2014）23-0012-02 　　An Analysis on the Effect of Treated ventricular of coronary heart disease with Levocarnitine for injection and Buchangwenxin granule 　　ZHANG Dayong， WANG Yongchun， DI Yunfeng， et al 　　The Second Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College（Si chuan mianyang 404 Hospital）， Mianyang 621000， Sichuan，china 　　【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect on ventricular of coronary heart disease with Levocarnitine for injection and BuchangWenxin granule.Methods 214 patients suffered from ventricular of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into the therapy group (107patients) and the control groups(107patients).the therapy group were given Levocarnitine for injection and BuchangWenxin granule：0.9%ns 100ml+Levocarnitine for injection 3g ivgtt qdtimes;12d ， Buchangwenxin granule 9g tidtimes;4w. the control groups Buchangwenxin granule 9g tidtimes;4w. 215 patients were analyzed with 24 hour electrocardiographic monitoring and observation on the improvement of symptoms before and after treatment.
