种植体周围炎发病相关因素分析 林柳香 福建省龙岩人民医院口腔科 X 关注成功！ 加关注后您将方便地在 我的关注中得到本文献的被引频次变化的通知！ 新浪微博 腾讯微博 人人网 开心网 豆瓣网 网易微博 摘????要： 目的 分析种植体周围炎发生的相关因素。方法 收集2014年6月—2017年6月在我院完成种植修复后确诊为种植体周围炎患者49例为观察组, 收集同期在我院完成种植修复且种植体周围健康患者60例为对照组。比较两组患者各项临床资料, 采用logistic回归进行种植体周围炎发病相关因素分析。结果 两组在吸烟、饮酒、合并糖尿病、牙周疾病史、定期洁牙并使用种植专门护理产品、种植部位、上部结构修复方式等方面, 差异有统计学意义 (P0.05) ;多因素logistic回归分析结果显示:吸烟、合并糖尿病、牙周疾病及种植部位为种植体周围炎的独立危险因素, 而定期洁牙为保护因素。结论 种植体周围炎发生的相关因素以患者自身因素为主, 建议种植术前, 进行规范的牙周基础治疗, 加强卫生宣教, 术后注意维持血糖正常水平, 正确进行种植修复体的日常维护和定期清洁。 关键词： 种植体周围炎; 发病; 相关因素; Relative Factors of the Onset of Peri-implantitis LIN Liuxiang Department of Stomatology, Longyan People’s Hospital; Abstract： Objective To explore the relative factors of the onset of periimplantitis.Methods 49 cases with peri-implantitis confirmed after implant restoration from June 2014 to June 2017 were selected as observation group and another 60 cases without peri-implantitis after implant restoration in the same period were selected as control group.The clinical data were compared, and relative factors of the onset of peri-implatitis were analyzed through logistic regression analysis.Results There were significant differences of smoking, drinking, gestational diabetes mellitus, periodontal disease history, regular check up and cleaning, the implant position, repair method in the two groups (P 0.05) .Logistic regression analysis showed that smoking, gestational diabetes mellitus, periodontal disease history and the implant position were risk factors of peri-implantitis and the protective factor was regular cleaning.Conclusion Most relative factors of periimplantitis are patients own factors.The recommendation is that canonical periodontal therapy and hygiene education should be enhanced before operation.Patients should keep the normal glucose evenly; take routine maintenance and cleaning for restorations after operation.
