精品论文 参考文献 情志护理联合舒缓疗护对临终患者的心理干预 普陀区石泉街道社区卫生服务中心 上海 200061 　　【摘要】目的 评价中医情志护理联合舒缓疗护的常规护理对临终患者的心理干预的疗效，为中医护理改善临终患者心理状况提供依据。方法 选取2013年1月～2014年6月本中心舒缓疗护病区收治的96例患者设为干预组，长征舒缓疗护病区收治的96例患者设为对照组。对照组实施舒缓疗护常规护理指导，干预组实施情志护理联合舒缓疗护常规护理，疗程均为两周。干预前，干预后采用SAS焦虑量表、SDS抑郁量表评价临终患者抑郁、焦虑症状。结果：干预2周后干预组患者SAS显著低于对照组（P＜0.01），干预组患者SDS显著低于对照组（P＜0.01）。结论：中医情志护理联合舒缓疗护常规护理可明显改善患者焦虑抑郁状况，从而改善临终患者的生活质量，有助提高临终患者生存质量。 　　【关键词】中医情志护理；心理干预；临终关怀；生存质量 　　Psychological Intervention on the Dying Patients through a Combination of TCMs Emotional Nursing and Palliative Care（Putuo District Shiquan Street Community Health Service Center，Shanghai 200061，China） 　　Liu Wei-juan，Ma Fu-min，Luo Yi 　　Abstract：Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the psychological intervention on the dying patients by a combination of TCMs emotional nursing and palliative care，and also to provide theoretical and practical basis for the effect of TCMs emotional nursing on the improvement of the dying patientsrsquo; psychological condition.Method 96 patients from the palliative care wards in our center were selected as the intervention group and 96 patients from Changzheng Center as the control group.The control group adopts the routine palliative nursing care.The intervention groups adopts a combination of TCMs emotional nursing and palliative care.The treatment course is two weeks for both groups.The depression and anxiety symptoms will be evaluated by Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）and Self-Rating Depression Scale（SDS）before and after the intervention.Result After two weekrsquo;s intervention，the SAS of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P lt; 0.01），and the SDS of the intervention group was also significantly lower than that in the control group（P lt; 0.01）.Conclusion The combination of palliative care and TCMs emotional nursing has prefect effect on the improvement of the dying patientsrsquo; depression and anxiety status and their quality of life. 　　Key words：TCMrsquo;s emotional nu
