泰州市“健康促进学校”建设对学生健康素养作用的效果分析 吉昱 蒋晓丽 虞皓 江苏省泰州市疾病预防控制中心 X 关注成功！ 加关注后您将方便地在 我的关注中得到本文献的被引频次变化的通知！ 新浪微博 腾讯微博 人人网 开心网 豆瓣网 网易微博 摘????要： 目的 掌握泰州市健康促进学校创建前后, 学生健康知识的知晓情况, 分析创建过程中存在的问题, 为学生健康素养干预工作提供依据。方法 根据“泰州市健康促进学校学生健康素养工作方案”要求, 对开展创建的91所学校的中小学生实施为期1年的健康教育和行为干预。同时, 利用江苏省统一设计的调查问卷, 进行基线调查和效果评估。结果 参加创建的学校学生的知识知晓率和健康素养具备人数百分比分别由基线调查时的78.68%和81.78%增至87.41%和88.00%。结论 根据统计结果, 全市开展创建的学校学生的健康素养均得到提高。创建健康促进学校活动对提高学生健康素养水平有积极的作用。 关键词： 健康促进学校; 学生; 健康素养; 作者简介：吉昱 (1982—) , 女, 江苏泰州人, 本科, 主管医师, 主要从事健康教育工作, 2085518448@。 收稿日期：2016-10-21 Effect Analysis of Construction of “Health Promotion School” on the Health Literacy of the Students in Taizhou Ji Yu Jiang Xiaoli Yu Hao Taizhou City Center for Disease Control and Prevention; Abstract： Objective To grasp the health knowledge of students in Taizhou City before and after establishment of health promotion school, to analyze the problems existed in the process of establishment, and to provide the basis for the students health literacy intervention. Methods According to the requirements of “Health Literacy Program of Students in Health Promotion Schools in Taizhou”, the health education and behavior intervention were conducted among students in 91 schools which had carried out the establishment for one year, and baseline and assessment intervention were conducted by using the provincial designed questionnaire. Results In these schools, awareness rate of health knowledge and percentage of students with health literacy increased from 78.68% and 81.78% before the establishment to 91.14% and 88.00% after the establishment respectively. Conclusion According to the statistical results, health literacy of students in schools which carry out the establishment have been improved. It is a positive action to establish the health promotion schools for raising the health literacy level among students in elementary and middle schools.
