At present, research of protection of traditional culture of Chinese medicine mainly consist of borrowed from the Western IP system, the creation of specialized systems and the use of technical means to protect. There is no study of the essence of Chinese traditional culture and the path of transformation of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge to the merchandise, also ignore the mutual influence between the economic background, political environment changes and the protection of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge.
