精品论文 参考文献 无痛人流前后予以患者健康教育的价值研讨 （溧阳市计划生育指导站 江苏 溧阳 213300） 【摘要】 目的：探究无痛人流前后予以患者健康教育的价值。方法：选取114例进行无痛人流未婚女性进行本次实验研究，采取随机数字表法将人流患者随机分为研究组（57例）与参照组（57例），参照组患者实施人流常规护理，研究组在其基础上予以患者人流前后健康教育，对比两组患者术后并发症情况及无痛人流了解度、患者满意度。结果：术后研究组并发症率低于参照组，患者无痛人流了解率及满意率均高于参照组，P均＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：无痛人流患者护理工作十分重要，而在手术前后予以患者必要的健康教育也十分重要，可很大程度提升患者对手术的了解程度，改善患者认知，降低术后并发症，提升患者满意度。 【关键词】 无痛人流；常规护理；健康教育；满意度 【中图分类号】R473.71 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）32-0284-02 【Abstract】Objective To explore the value of health education before and after the painless abortion to patients.Methods Selected 114 patients with painless abortion in the experimental research of unmarried women, take a random number table method of abortion patients were randomly divided into research group (57 cases) and control group (57 cases) and control group patients stream of routine nursing, the team based on the patients health education before and after the abortion, compared two groups of patients with postoperative complications and painless abortion understanding degree, patients satisfaction.Results Patients with postoperative complications rate is lower than the control group, the team painless abortion rate and satisfaction rate were higher than in control group, P lt; 0.05, the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion Painless abortion patients nursing is very important, and necessary in the before and after surgery patients health education is also very important, can greatly improve patients degree of understanding of the operation, improve the patients cognitive, reduce the postoperative complications, improve patient satisfaction. 【Key words】Painless abortion; Conventional nursing; Health education; Satisfaction 随着时代的变化，年轻男女性生活越来越开放，我国未婚先孕女性每年均大幅度增加，因而一种安全、有效的终止妊娠方法孕育而生，无痛人流术广泛应用于临床妇科中，获得医患一致好评[1]。术后患者的护理工作是保证患者安全、更快恢复的前提，在良好护理干预的同时予以患者术前术后健康教育，可很好提升患者对手术的了解度，降低术后并发症，同时提升护理水平[2]。本文笔者选取114例无痛人流患者进行术前术后健康教育，取得较为显著成果，现报道如下。
