精品论文 参考文献 盘内小剂量胶原酶注射联合射频消融治疗颈椎间盘突出症 于刚 李珍珍 籍树菲 　　（山东省滨州市中心医院 山东滨州 251700） 　　【摘要】目的：研究射频消融联合盘内小剂量胶原酶注射治疗颈椎间盘突出症的临床疗效，并评定此种方法的优越性及临床应用价值。方法：选择2014年12月至2015年12月收住的80例颈椎间盘突出症患者，随机分为盘内小剂量胶原酶注射的对照组，射频消融联合盘内小剂量胶原酶注射治疗的观察组，对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行比较分析。结果：治疗后1周、1个月、3个月、6个月JOA评分较术前均显著改善，观察组较对照组疼痛评分显著提高。治疗后6个月，对照组优良率82.5%，观察组优良率90%。结论：射频消融联合盘内小剂量胶原酶注射提高了射频热凝的准确性和成功率，其疗效明显优于单一微创治疗。保证了椎间盘突出症治疗的远期效果，提高了手术安全性，拓宽了微创治疗技术治疗颈椎间盘突出症的适应征。 　　【关键词】CT；颈椎间盘突出症；胶原酶；射频消融 　　【中图分类号】R453 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2016）08-0008-03 　　【Abstract】Objective To study the joint radiofrequency ablation (small doses of collagenase injection in the treatment of cervical intervertebral disc herniation curative effect, and to assess the superiority of this method and clinical application value. Methods Choose between December 2014 and December 2014, 80 cases of cervical intervertebral disc herniation patients in our hospital, were randomly divided into the dish with small dose of collagenase injection control group, joint radiofrequency ablation (small dose collagenase injection treatment group, the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients for comparative analysis. Results After treatment for 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months JOA score before operation were improved significantly, the observation group than control group in pain score improved significantly. 6 months after treatment, the control group was 82.5%, the observation group was 90%. Conclusion Joint radiofrequency ablation (small dose collagenase injection can improve the accuracy and success rate of radiofrequency thermosetting, its curative effect is superior to single minimally invasive treatment. Ensure the long-term effect of treatment of herniated intervertebral disc, improves the operation security, widen the minimally invasive treatment technology appropriate candidates for the treatment of cervical intervertebral disc herniation. 　　【Key words】CT; Cervical intervertebral disc herniation; C
