精品论文 参考文献 腹腔镜下胆囊切除并腹股沟疝修补术的临床研究 梁勇 张雪峰（解放军第四七四医院普外泌尿烧伤外科 830054） 　　【摘要】目的 探讨使用腹腔镜下行胆囊切除（LC）联合疝修补术（TAPP）的临床应用。方法 选取2008至2013年来我院就诊的胆囊疾病合并腹股沟疝的患者21例，均使用腹腔镜下胆囊切除联合疝修补术，其中LC联合单侧腹股沟斜疝TAPP修补15例，LC联合双侧腹股沟斜疝修补2例，LC联合单侧直疝3例、双侧腹股沟直疝1例，术前确诊16例，术中意外发现5例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 本组研究手术均成功完成，无一例中转开腹，手术平均时间为（90plusmn;25）min，术后无明显并发症发生，术后平均住院时间为5plusmn;2 d），出院后随访12-36个月均无复发。结论 使用腹腔镜同时行胆囊切除及腹股沟疝修补术具有创伤小、手术时间短、痛苦小、术后并发症少、患者恢复快的优点，可在临床广泛开展。 　　【关键词】腹腔镜 胆囊切除术 疝修补术 联合手术 　　【中图分类号】R657.4 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-5085（2014）26-0068-02 　　Clinical study of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and hernia repair. 　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the use of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) combined with hernia repair (TAPP) in clinical application. Methods 21 cases were selected from 2008 to 2013 in our hospital for treatment of gallbladder disease with inguinal hernia, are the use of laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with hernia repair, among them LC and unilateral inguinal hernia repair in 15 cases of TAPP, LC combined with bilateral indirect inguinal hernia repair in 2 cases, 3 cases of direct LC and unilateral, bilateral inguinal hernia in 1 cases, 16 cases of preoperative diagnosis, intraoperative accidents were found in 5 patients, and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results in this group of operation was successfully performed, no cases were converted to laparotomy, the average time of operation was (90 plusmn; 25) min, there was no complication after operation, the average postoperative hospital stay was 5 with 2 D soil), were followed up for 12-36 months showed no recurrence.
