精品论文 参考文献 腹腔镜下胆囊切除患者的手术室护理配合初步研究 邵东县人民医院 湖南邵阳 422800 【摘 要】目的：研究和探索腹腔镜下胆囊切除患者的手术室护理配合要点和临床应用价值。方法：选择我院2014年8月到2015年8月接收的腹腔镜下胆囊切除患者150例，随机分为使用常规护理的对照组患者75例，使用手术室干预护理的观察组患者75例，对比和分析两组患者临床护理效果和并发症的发生情况等。结果：观察组患者手术时间36.6plusmn;9.7min，住院时间5.7plusmn;1.6d，术中出血量34.8v7.6mL，伤口感染1例，伤口出血1例，肺部感染0例，临床并发症发生率为2.7%；对照组患者手术时间57.8plusmn;11.5min，住院时间8.9plusmn;2.7d，术中出血量52.7plusmn;9.1mL，伤口感染3例，伤口出血2例，肺部感染2例，临床并发症发生率为9.3%，且Plt;0.05差异具有统计学意义，对比具有临床参考价值。结论：施行手术室干预护理能够提高腹腔镜下胆囊患者的护理效果，大大减少术中出血量、手术时间和术后并发症的发生率，帮助患者快速恢复身体健康，具有推广价值。 【关键词】腹腔镜；胆囊切除术；手术室护理；干预；配合要点 【 abstract 】 objective：to study and explore the laparoscopic resection in patients with gallbladder operating room nursing key points and the clinical application value. Methods：from August 2014 to August 2015 patients receiving laparoscopic gallbladder excision of 150 cases were randomly divided into control group using conventional care patient 75 examples，using the observation of the operating room nursing care intervention group，75 cases of patients，comparison and analysis of two groups of patients with clinical nursing effect and complications. Results：observation group patients 36.69.7 min operation time，hospital stay 5.71.6 d，intraoperative blood loss 34.87.6 mL，wound infection in 1 case，the wound bleeding in 1 case，pulmonary infection 0 cases，clinical complication rate was 2.7%；Control patients 57.811.5 min operation time，hospital stay 8.92.7 d，intraoperative blood loss 52.79.1 mL，wound infection（3 cases），wound hemorrhage in 2 cases，pulmonary infection in 2 cases，and clinical complication rate was 9.3%，P lt; 0.05 statistically significant difference，compared with clinical reference value. Conclusion：the implementation of the operating room nursing care intervention can improve the nursing effect of laparoscopy in patients with gallbladder，greatly reduce the intraoperative blood loss，operating time and the incidence of postoperative complications，help patients quickly recover healthy body，the value for popularization. 【 key wor
