精品论文 参考文献 钼钯X线在乳腺癌中的临床应用价值 吴焱 (铜陵市第四人民医院器械科 244000) 【摘要】 目的:探讨钼钯x线对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法: 收集我院2010年1月至2013年2月间病例资料完整28例乳腺癌病例，所有病例均经手术病理证实，回顾性分析其x线表现，包括直接征象、间接征象。结果: 28例乳腺癌中，左乳15例，右乳13例，部位以外上象限最多见，有17例；浸润性导管癌25例，混合癌1例，富于糖原透明细胞癌1例，原位癌1例；x线表现：肿块23例，微小钙化14例，局限性密度增高4例，结构紊乱2例，钙化伴星芒征2例，腺体结构紊乱伴异常血管影2例，乳头回缩、漏斗征2例，局部皮肤凹陷2例；局限性皮肤增厚2例；血管增粗1例，乳腺内淋巴结或腋前淋巴结肿大5例，结论:钼钯x线在乳腺癌的临床诊断与鉴别诊断中具有重要的价值，是诊断乳腺癌的首选影像学方法 【关键词】乳腺癌 钼钯摄影 微钙化 【中图分类号】R737.9 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2014）18-0072-03 The Clinical Value of Molybdenum X-ray in Breast Cancer Diagnosis WU Yan (The Equipment Section，The No.4 Tongling Peoples Hospital, 244000 ) 【Abstract】This paper aims at investigating the value of molybdenum X-ray in the diagnosis of breast cancer. The author collected 28 breast cancer cases from January 2010 to February 2013, all of which have been confirmed both by surgery and pathology, and conducted retrospective analysis of the X-ray expression of these cases, including the direct and indirect signs. The result shows that, among the 28 breast cancer cases, there are 15 cases of breast cancer and 13 cases of right breast cancer. The parts of most of the patients are in upper quadrant and the parts of 17 cases are there; 25 cases of infiltrative ductal carcinoma，1case of mixed type carcinoma, 1 case of glycogen-rich, clear cell carcinoma，1 case of carcinoma in situ; The X-ray findings include: mass(n=23),micro calcification(n=14), and limited density increase(n=4),2 cases of structural disorder, 2 cases of calcification with asterism，2 cases of gland disorder with abnormal blood vessel film, inverted nipple and hopper symptom (n=2), 2 cases of local skin pitting; limited pachyderma symptom(n=2), vascular increase(n=1), 5 cases of mammary gland inner lymph node or anterior axillary lymph node enlargement.
