精品论文 参考文献 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合症围手术期心理干预与护理体会 高应涛（甘孜州人民医院康巴眼科、耳鼻喉中心 四川康定 626000） 【中图分类号】R473.5【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1672-5085（2011）38-0039-02 【摘要】目的 探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征围手术期心理干预与护理。方法 将32例患者随机分成干预组和对照组各16 例，对照组进行常规治疗和护理，干预组在常规护理的基础上采取心理护理干预。采用积极的心理护理和健康教育,使患者的生理、心理在术前均得到充分的预期准备，术后积极配合治疗。结果 通过对照、干预组术前焦虑、紧张，术后疼痛与对照组明比较，有显著性差异（Plt;0.05），术后疾病康复自我感觉满意度增高（Plt;0.05）。结论 术前充分评估,制定合理有效的护理措施，同时结合心理干预可以帮助患者减轻术前焦虑、术中、术后疼痛痛感，有利于患者提高手术耐受力，促进疾病的康复提高的满意度。 【关键词】阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征 心理干预 护理 【Abstract】 Objective: The discussion blocking sleep apnea syndrome encircles the surgery time psychology intervention and nursing.
