摘 要：结合高速铁路区域环境系统的特征，运用系统动力学理论及环境累积效
应理论建立高速铁路区域环境累积效应系统动力学评价模型。将区域环境划分为
经济、环境与污染3个子系统，借助矩阵法、德尔菲法将每个子系统细化为若干
个状态指标。建立各系统间各状态指标问的反馈关系，在此基础上运用层次分析
法、环境承载力分析法等建立环境累积效应综合评价模型。结合长(沙)益(阳)常
(德)城际铁路长益段，对高速铁路区域环境累积效应评价方法进行实例分析，并
在累积效应评价的基础上提出环境保护的相关措施。
