“一带一路”背景下的敦煌文化术语翻译问题与对策研究 　　摘 要：在“一带一路”倡议的积极影响下，敦煌文化翻译与对外宣传的需求与日俱增。近年来，虽有译者进行过敦煌文化翻译，却鲜有学者对其进行系统研究。在缺乏学术理论支撑及行业规范指导的背景下，敦煌文化翻译面临诸多问题。其中，最亟须解决的问题莫过于术语翻译问题。敦煌文化博大精深，其术语具有一定的独特性和复杂性，也为此类术语翻译带来了相当大的难度。有鉴于此，文章将重点研究内容定位在敦煌文化术语翻译，总结其术语特点，指出并分析现有问题。同时，提出适用的翻译对策。希望能为敦煌文化全面对外传播前打下一定基础，促进敦煌学的国际研究并推动中国文化术语的外宣翻译。 　　关键词：“一带一路”倡议，敦煌文化术语，翻译，现存问题，策略 　　中图分类号：N04；H059；G12 文献标识码：A DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1673-8578.2017.06.007 　　Abstract：With the positive influence of the Belt and Road Initiative， there is an increasing need for the translation and international publicity of Dunhuang culture. In recent years， some translators have translated books on Dunhuang culture， whereas few scholars have conduct researches on its translation. As a result， without the support of translation theories and the guidance of the translation criteria， the translation of the Dunhuang culture is faced with various problems， in which the most urgent one to be tackled is the term translation. Since the Dunhuang culture is so extensive and profound that its terms feature great uniqueness and complexity， which serves as the difficult points in Dunhuang term translation. In light of this， the article focuses on the translation of Dunhuang culture terms， summarizes their features， and points out and analyzes the existing problems. The article also explores proper countermeasures. We hoped this article could lay certain foundation to the spread of the Dunhuang culture， promote the international research on the Dunhuang Studies and enhance the translation of terms on Chinese culture. 　　Keywords： the Belt and Road Initiative， the Dunhuang culture terms， translation， existing problems， strategies 　　引 言 　　敦煌文化是一种跨民族、跨地域、跨学科的历时性文化，范围包括但不限于敦煌遗书、敦煌石窟艺术、敦煌学以及敦煌历史地理等。术语是通过语音或文字来表达限定专业概念的约定性符号[1]。 敦煌文化术语是通过语音或文字来表达的敦煌文化概念的约定性符号。 　　在“一带一路”倡议不断推进的大背景下，2015年11月“丝绸之路（敦煌）国际文化博览会”被纳入《丝绸之路经济带和21世纪海上丝绸之路建设战略规划》。以莫高窟为代表的敦煌文化在我国乃至世界上的独特地位再次得到彰显。由此，敦煌文化海外推介与学术交流的需求与日俱增，“让世界了解敦煌、让敦煌走向世界”已成为敦煌学发展的必然趋势。然而，“一带一路”倡议带给敦煌的不仅是千载难逢的机遇，更是前所
