If higher vocational graduates have strong local employment intention and actively select group enterprises when they arc employed, the development of regional vocational education group and the employment of higher vocational graduates can promote each other and produce positive promoting action; otherwise, they may restrict each other, impede development, and its negative effects are also prominent. These measures, for example employment guidance and group enterprise culture construction are strengthened, graduates are effectively guided to rationally select employment areas, and specialties in vocational col leges are readjusted, are effective ways to promote the establishment of a positive relationship between the two parties. Keyword： Regional type; running school by vocational educational group; higher vocational col lege; 国闪职业教育集团化办学萌芽于上个世纪90年代，蹒跚学步于本世纪初。近十 年来，在国家大力支持职业教育发展的宏观政策引导下，职业教育集团化办学 的重要地位凸显，集团发展步入了青春期，职业教育集团化办学迸发出旺盛的 生命，全国职教集团的数量、涉及行业和覆盖的区域均呈现出tl新月异的增长。 截至2015年初，全国累计成立职教集团1048个。8150多所职业院校参与了职 教集团，其屮高职院校950多所。职教集团的行业和区域覆盖范围持续扩大;治 理结构逐步健令;多元参与渐成常态。从职教集团的发展轨迹和现状看来，职教 集团的发展壮大与职业教育的发展息息和关，职业教育集团的生命力与集团内 职业院校的生命力紧密相连。作为服务一定行政区划内产业、经济和社会发展， 促进就业、引领区域内现代职业教育体系建设的区域性职业教育集团更是如此。 区域性职业教育集团的发展更加离不开集团内高等职业院校的全程参与和积极 互动，集团内企业的参与度与积极性与高职院校毕业生的人力资源支持更是密 切关联。 一、区域型职业教育集团的概念与内涵 区域型职业教育集团是指由位于某一省、市级行政区划内的企
