Though the current rural folk art is in a dilemma situation, it concentrates the spiritual power of a village， reflects local residents ideology and values, and has social functions such as cognitive education, memory inheritance, entertainment and beauty-appreciation. Based on the existing experience in the Shaoxing rural cultural assembly hall construction this paper attempts to reconstruct folk art resources and discuss the significance of cultural assembly hall in the perspectives of reshaping the cultural subject, expanding the cultural space， delivering cultural service to the countryside， inheriting folk art， recreating rural culture and rediscovering traditional value. Keyword： folk art; rural cultural hall; flexible management; art resources; spiritual construction; 现有的农村文化礼堂相关研究多是就文化礼堂木身进行探讨，对礼堂建设过程 中的文化重构和民间艺术传承方面并未涉及。而农村民间艺术之所以源远流长在 于其折射出丫农民世界观、人生观和价值观，兼具认知教化、记忆传承和娱乐审 美等多重社会功能。绍兴市紧紧围绕“建设社会风尚良好、文化繁荣发达、地域 特色鲜明的文化强市”目标，以“文化礼堂、精神家园”为主题，按照统分结 合、软硬结合的建设思路，已建成491家功能齐全的农村文化礼堂，目前进入文 化礼堂深入建设阶段，在礼堂原有的公共文化娱乐基础上，力推其移风易俗、传 道教化、文化传承和乡愁乡风等软功能的延伸，夯实农村文化建设基础，培育和 践行社会主义核心价值观，提升农民综合素质，打造农民共有精神家园，对加 快推动“两富两美”的现代化浙江建设具有重耍的现实意义与实践意义。2015 年下半年开始，中井绍兴市委宣传部委托绍兴职业技术学院对现有的文化礼堂 进行了为期近-年的大规模调研，看到了收获也发现了问题。因此，以民间艺术 资源为切入点将文化礼堂建设与现代管理技巧相结合，通过对绍兴市农村文化 礼堂现有经验的解析，探索采用民间艺术资源条件下现代柔性治理的手段实现 文化礼堂对于乡村社会文化秩序重构的意义。 一、
