As a result, the Government has been playing an important role in the history of Chinese book supply. Firstly, the paper reviews the research on the Supply Chain Coordination Mechanism in the world. Secondly, it analyzes the current status of the Chinese Book Supply Chain (CBSC), and points out there exists a large economic loss in Chinese Book Industry due to Chinese traditional Book Supply Chain Coordination Mechanism, how to avoid or lessen so large economic loss? It is the unique solution to establish Chinese Book E-Supply Chain Coordination Mechanism (CBECCM) as soon as possible. Thirdly, it sets up a system Dynamics Model (SDM) to simulate governmental Role in establishing CBECCM. System Dynamics Modeling is a novel approach that can overcome the weakness of traditional research approach for the better. Lastly, it further gives some advices about a series of Governmental Strategies to establish CBECCM, which will help to reduce the economic loss largely in Chinese traditional Supply Chain, as well as make CBSC more competitive in the world.
