本科毕业论文 （20 届） 小学数学教育专业学生的专业素质研究 所在学院 专业班级 小学教育 学生姓名 学号 指导教师 职称 完成日期 年 月 摘要 【摘 要】在教育变革与教学实践转型的新时期，数学教师的专业素质是数学课程实施与教师专业发展最深切的期盼。师范教育阶段作为教师专业的储备期，师范生专业素质的好坏就关系到了未来教师队伍的整体专业素质，因此，他们的培养至关重要。师范生理应具备教师的专业素质，那样才能真正走上教师这个岗位。新时期的数学教师的专业素质主要由专业知识、专业能力和专业情意三大部分组成,这也是以往相关的研究所共识的，但是，以往研究中多数没有明确的理论基础，只是经验的反映或相互的模仿；从整体上进行系统研究的极少，而且各个维度的划分较为随意，层次不清。本文对小学数学教育专业学生素质的结构做了较为详细的归纳和整理，并给出了师范生的培养建议。Abstract [Abstract] Education reform and teaching practice in the new period, the transformation of the professional quality of teachers of mathematics is mathematics curriculum implementation and teachers professional development the deep feeling of hope.
