优秀毕业论文 精品参考文献资料 摘 要 摘 要 国务院国资委2010年新修订颁布的《中央企业负责人经营业绩考核暂行办法》最为 引人注目之处就是增加了一个全新的业绩考核指标——经济增加值（EVA），以其替代 了净资产收益率指标成为年度考核中权重最大的指标，这标志着央企价值管理时代的来 临。EVA与利润指标的并存互动，共同构建了中央企业经营管理的全新格局。 随着我国改革开放的不断深入，企业管理水平的不断提高，资本市场的逐步完善， 企业的业绩评价体系构建越来越受到重视。而业绩评价指标体系的发展也经过了以净利 润为基础的阶段发展到以经济增加值为基础的阶段。企业的价值管理理念也随着EVA指 标的推广应用逐渐深入人心。经济增加值（EVA）作为企业经济业绩的计量方法，由于 考虑了公司投入资本的机会成本，因此能更准确的反映公司为股东创造的财富。本文选 取TW公司作为实证分析对象，计算其2007-2012年度的EVA及相关指标，并将EVA指标 与传统利润指标进行对比分析，通过EVA的影响因素分析，研究应从哪些方面提高TW 公司的EVA，进而逐步改善资本结构、员工激励机制、企业文化，同时减少项目投资风 险，从而提高企业投资效率、管理水平和盈利能力，为股东创造更多的财富。 关键词 EVA 考核办法 业绩评价指标体系 I Abstract Abstract The SASAC of the State Council in 2010 newly revised and promulgated “The Central Enterprises Responsible for the Assessment of the Operational Performance of Provisional Measures. The most conspicuous attention is added a new performance evaluation index -- economic value added (EVA), as an alternative to the Net Assets Yield index become the annual assessment of the largest weight index, which marks the era of the central enterprises value management approaches. The coexistence and interaction of EVA with profit index, work together to build a new pattern of enterprise management center. With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up, the enterprise management level unceasing enhancement, capital market gradually improve, how to build enterprise performance evaluation system has been taken more and more seriously.
