PreliminarystudyoftheinfluenceofdeferoxamineonontheosteoporosismodelofovariectomizedmiceandratAbstractPartⅠAstudyontheinfluenceofdeferoxamineonserumosteocalcinandbonemicro-structureofovariectomizedmiceObjective:Toinvestigatethechangesofserumosteocalcinandbonemicro-structureofovariectomizedmicewhenexposedtolow-ironenvironment.Methods:Twentyfourtwelve-week-oldfemaleC57BL/6micewererandomlydividedintoshamoperation(SHAM)group,model(OVX)group,intervention(OVX+DFO)group,with8mouseineachgroup.Ininterventiongroup,deferoxamine(DFO)wereinjected3timesperweekfor5weeksafteroperation;theothergroupswereinjectedbythesamedoseof0.9%normalsalinefor5weeks.Theserum,leftfemur,uteruswereharvestedafterfiveweeksoftreatment.TheserumosteocalcinandferritinlevelsweremeasuredbyELISAkit,theweightoftheuteruswererecordedbyanalyticalbalance.Ahighresolutionmicro-CTwasusedtoscantheleftfemurforcorticalboneandcancellousboneanalysis.Results:1.Theserumosteocalcinandserumferritinlevelsofinterventiongroupweresignificantlylowerthantheothertwogroups(P0.05);2.ComparedwiththeSHAMgroupandOVXgroup,thereweresignificantdecreaseoftheBMD、BV/TVandTb.N,butincreaseofTb.ThandTb.Spinlow-irongroup(P0.05).Conclusions:AcertaindoseofDFOcandecreasetheserumferritinlevelsofovariectomizedmiceaswellasboneformationindex.[Keywords]deferoxamine;Osteoporosis;Osteocalcin;Ferritin;Micro-CTPartⅡApreliminarystudyontheinfluenceofdeferoxamineontheostealmetabolicindexonovariectomizedratsObjective:Weobservedbiochemicalmarkersofboneturnoverandbonemicro-structuraltoestimatetheeffectofmesylatedeferoxamine(DFO)onboneinovariectomizedratsMethods:Fortythree-month-oldfemaleSDratswererandomlydividedintoshamoperation(SHAM)group,model(OVX)group,intervention(OVX+DFO)group,theinterventiongroupwasfurtherdividedintothreeconcentrationgroup:50mg/kg(L)、100mg/kg(M)、200mg/kg(H),with8ratineachgroup.Ininterventiongroup,deferoxamine(DFO)wereinjected3timesperweekfor11weeksoneweekaftertheoperation;theothergroupswereinjectedbythesamedoseofnormalsalineatthesametime.Theb
