AbstractWiththeadventoftheknowledgeeconomyera,knowledgehasbecomeanimportantcriteriaofanationalproductivitylevelandcompetitiveness,isthekeyfactorofeconomicgrowthandsocialdevelopment.Ashigh-techindustry,ITindustrycontainsplentyofknowledge,isanextremelyimportantcapitalinthenationaleconomywhichoccupiesanimportantpositionandrole,ithasmadeITenterprisesarefacingsignificantchallenges,inordertobesuccessfulenterprisebasedonknowledgeeconomictimes,wemuststrengthenthemanagementofknowledge.Thispaperstartswithprocess,focusingonITcompaniesintheimplementationofknowledgemanagementtopayattentiontosomeproblems,especiallyonthetechnicalinnovationandmanagementthinkinghasalwaysbeenintheforefrontoftheITindustry,LenovoGroupintheimplementationoftheiruseofknowledgemanagementwaysandmeansofanalysis.AndevaluationoftheentireITenterpriseknowledgemanagementprocessestocomparesystems.Inthispaper,theauthorproceedwiththepastscholars?studyofknowledgemanagement,expoundedontheknowledgeacquisition,knowledgeorganization,disseminationofknowledge,knowledgesharing,knowledgetest,knowledgeinnovation,andotherimportantprocesses,andtargetedattheobstacleofthesharingofknowledgeinITcompanies,theauthormadeakeyanalysis.IntheITbusiness,thethesisconstructedanumberofinformation-sharingplatformsfortheadoptionofthe“fromdocumentstopersonnelconversiontechnology,whichisfirstly,knowledgeextractedfromthedevelopers,separatedwiththedevelopers,andthen,werewidelyusedbyavarietyofpurposes.Throughoutthisthesis,theauthorcombinewithmeansofchartsanalysis,strategicanalysis,examplesandsoon,gaveadetailedanalysisoftheITenterpriseknowledgemanagementprocess,especiallyinthefinalchapterofthispaper,theauthoraccesstoagreatdealofinformationintheinvestigation,throughthenarrativeofLenovoGroupeffectivelybreakthroughsthebottleneckinknowledgesharinganddisseminationtoachievetherealpurposeofknowledgemanagement,itisthisinnovationpoints.Thispaperistheprocessfromtheperspectiveofknowledgeflow，areasonableknowledgemanagementprocessesinITcompaniesshouldbebandedtoge
