摘要归化和异化是两种基本的翻译方法，对文化新闻的翻译具有指导作用。本文将以归化和异化的翻译理论为指导，从词汇、语法和长难句三个方面探讨文化新闻的翻译方法和翻译策略。笔者发现文化新闻有以下特点：词汇方面多出现专有名词、外来词和合成词。语法方面涉及非人称主语和复杂的定语结构。此外，还有较多的长难句。译者经研究发现，为达到促进信息传播和文化交流的目的，在文化新闻的翻译过程中可以采取直译、意译、音译、注释、分译、合译、增词、删词等具体的翻译技巧。本文认为，在进行文化新闻的翻译时，译者应根据具体情况采用归化和异化的翻译方法，或者兼而有之。如文化新闻的词汇翻译多采用异化的翻译策略，而语法和长难句翻译多采用归化或归化和异化相结合的翻译策略。关键词：归化，异化，文化新闻ABSTRACTDomesticationandForeignizationaretwoofbasictranslationstrategiesandtheybothcanserveasimportantguidingprinciplesduringthetranslationofculturalnews.ThepaperaimstofigureouttranslationskillsfrequentlyadoptedinculturalnewstranslationfromtheperspectiveofDomesticationandForeignization.Thestudyisconductedfromtheaspectoflexical,grammaticalandsyntacticfeaturesoftheculturalnews.Thereareafewcharacteristicsofculturalnews.First,propernouns,loanwordsandcompoundwordsarefrequentlyusedinculturalnews.Second,impersonalsubjectsandcomplicatedattributivesarecommoninculturalnews.Third,readerscanoftenfindlongandcomplicatedsentencesintheculturalnews.Afteracarefulandin-depthstudy,thewriterofthisreportfindsthatsometranslationskillsarefrequentlyused,suchasliteraltranslation,freetranslation,transliteration,annotation,division,cohesion,additionanddeletion.Theresultofthestudyinvolvesthatwhendoingculturalnewstranslation,thetranslatorneedstoadoptdifferenttranslationstrategiesaccordingtodifferentsituations.Sometimes“hybridity”maybeabettersolutiontoconveyasmuchinformationaspossible.Forinstance,ForeignizationTranslationismostlyusedintranslatingthevocabularyinculturalnewswhereasDomesticationorthecombinationofDomesticationandForeignizaitionaregenerallyemployedintranslationofthegrammarandlongandcomplicatedsentencesintheculturalnews.Keywords:Domestication,Foreignization,CulturalnewsTABLEOFCONTENTS中文摘要..........................................................................................................................................IABSTRACT...............................................................................................................................IIIT
