Click mouse to advance call-outs: 1. The sign-off forms list all of the PLUS deliverables required for Gate sign-off by function. The requirements for each deliverable are also listed for each gate. Where the top level deliverables are concerned, these requirements reflect the maturity expectations for that gate. Note: all PLUS functional deliverables required for gate sign-off are listed in the sign-off forms – not just the top level deliverables. 2. Reference documents are listed in the next column. Stress that it will be important for SDT members to utilize these references in order to clearly identify all of the requirements for each deliverable – the requirements shown in the individual sign-off forms are paraphrased from these references and are not necessarily complete.
