I I 摘 要 摘 要 女大学生的心理健康情况是大学心理健康教育工作的重要内容。关注女大学生的心 理健康，需要重视她们的身体意象、自我接纳与社交焦虑。身体意象、自我接纳与社交 焦虑是心理学研究者的重要研究领域。以往的研究者已经对这三个部分进行了充分了研 究，并取得了一定的成果。但是，具体探究三者之间的关系的研究则基本没有。为此， 本研究将探究这三者之间的关系，并以此为基础，提出女大学生心理健康的措施。 本研究利用《身体意象问卷》、《自我接纳问卷》和《社交焦虑问卷》对女大学的情 况进行调查，并应用 SPSS 软件对数据进行分析处理。研究结果显示，第一，自我接纳 对社交焦虑具有显著性的影响；第二，自我接纳会对身体意象对社交焦虑的影响起中介 作用；第三，年级会对女大学生身体意象水平产生显著性的影响；第四，专业会对女大 学生身体意象水平产生显著性的影响；第五，生源地会对女大学生身体意象水平产生显 著性的影响；第六，BMI（身体质量指数）会对女大学生身体意象水平产生显著性的影 响；第七，身体锻炼情况会对女大学生身体意象水平产生显著性的影响；第八，实际 BMI 与自我认知 BMI 之间的差距同与自我接纳、社交焦虑具有显著性相关；第九，自我认知 BMI 与理想 BMI 之间的差距与自我接纳、社交焦虑具有显著性相关。根据调查结果，本 研究认为学校可以采取积极的措施，提升女大学的心理健康水平。一是提升女大学生的 自我接纳水平；二是学校要引导女大学生对身体印象形成正确的认识；三是重视女大学 生的社交焦虑；四是关注女大学生的身体锻炼；五是关注农村大学生的心理辅导；六是 促进女大学生建立合理的自我评估机制；七是做好女大学生心理健康教育工作；八是建 立一支专业负责任的朋辈心理咨询队伍。 关键词 女大学生 身体意象 自我接纳 社交焦虑 II II Abstract Abstract The mental health of female students is an important part of the University of mental health education. Being concerned about the mental health of female students needs to focus on their body image, self-acceptance, and social anxiety. Body image, self-acceptance, and social anxiety are important research areas of psychology researchers. Previous investigators have the full study of them and achieved certain results. However, the number of specific studies to explore the relationship of them is few. Therefore the study will explore the relationship of three and put forward some proposed measures to enhance the mental health of female students on basic of it. This study investigates the case of female students by Body Image Questionnaire, self acceptance Questionnaire and social anxiety questionnaire. The data is analyze by SPSS .There are some results .First, self-acceptance has a significant impact on social anxiety .Second , self-acceptance has intermediary effect on the effect of body image on social anxiety.
