摘要利用世界银行《中国投资环境调查》(2005 年)对中国制造业企业的微观调查数据，本文考察了我国企业对员工的社会责任对企业融资的影响。研究结果显示，员工培训、员工工作环境和员工社会保障三方面的社会责任有助于企业获得正式融资和非正式融资，缓解企业的融资约束。稳健性检验表明，企业对员工的社会责任对企业融资的影响并不随融资约束度量指标而发生改变。同时，进一步的研究还表明，地区金融发展水平及政企关联会影响企业对员工社会责任的正式融资效应，但对企业员工社会责任的非正式融资效应没有显著影响。关键词：企业对员工的社会责任；正式融资；非正式融资ⅠAbstractUsing a sample of 12400 Chinese manufacturing firms collected by the World Bank’s Enterprise survey, the paper investigates whether superior performance on corporate social responsibility (CSR) to employees leads to better access to finance in China,. The main estimation results show that three employee’s CSR indexes, involving training, work environment and social security, are important to firms in reducing capital constraints in formal and informal financial markets. The results are further confirmed using several alternative measures of capital constraints. Moreover, we show that the development of regional financial markets and political connection are important to the effect of employee’s CSR on formal financing, but not to informal financing.Keywords: CSR to employee; formal financing; informal financingⅡ目录摘要 ...........................................................................................................................
