ExperimentalstudyonBonemetabolismofPhysicalratkidneywiththeTreatmentoftheTraditionalMedicalPrescription“Qing-e-pill”ABSTRACTObject:InvestigatethecauseandthephysicalCharacteristicsofphysicalkidneyrat,StudytherelationshipbetweenPhysicalkidneyandIndicatorsofbonemetabolism(SerumCalciumandSerumPhosphorus),InvestigateTheroleoflinkonImprovetheKidneymedicineFromthemolecularlevel.Method:Takethe“TerrorImpariringKidney”theoryasguidance,throughthecombinationbetween“catscaringrat”and“humanintentionalquantitativestimulusmethod”,terrifyandrolepsisfemaleratstoestablishthekidneydeficiencyphysiqueexperimentalanimalmodelsofinherentdeficiencyfilialgenerationrats,afterthefilialgenerationratsSexualmaturation,accordingto“ExcessiveSexualIntercourseImpariringKindney”theory,sotheratsbecomeExcessiveSexualIntercourse,FormacomplexmodelasKidneyphysicalmodel.UsethetraditionalChinesemeditionofinvigoratingthekidneysoastoobservetheeffectofbonemetabolism(SerumCalciumandserumphosphorus)filial,generation,meanwhile,observethegeneralcondition(bodyweight、boneweight、defection、activity、fur,ect.),eventuallymakestatisticsanalysis.DisscusstheefficacyofQing-e-pill.Results:JudgementontheTraditionalChineseMedicinetoConstitution,observethegeneralconditionoftheRatoffspring:comparedwithblankgroup,modelgroupfilialgenerationratshavemarkedchangeonbody–weight、boneweight(p﹤0.01),Showthatthemodelwassuccessful.ComparedwiththeTreatmentgroup,modelgroupcontectobviouslystepdown（p﹤0.05）.Indicatorsofbonemetabolism:comparedwithblankgroup,modelgrouphaveSignificantdifference(p﹤0.01),Showthatthemodelwassuccessful.IntheregulationofSerumcalciumandSerumphosphorus,modelgroupandtreatmentgroupArestatisticallysignificant(p﹤0.05).Conclusion:Theinherentdifficiencykidneydeficiencyphysiqueexperimentalanimalmodelsestablishedbymeansof“TerrorImparingkidney”methodhavefeasibilityboththeoryandpractice.Thekindneydeficiencyphysiqueexperimentalanimalmodels’sgrowthretardationandlowerBonemetabolismarerelevanttothehigheroftheSerumcalciumandserumphosphorus
