AbstractThispapermainlyresearchesthesupplychainconsistedoftwosuppliersandasingle manufacturer.Meanwhile,thedeliverytimeofthetwosuppliersisuncertainand stochastic.Thispaperemploystwomodelstostudytheoptimaldecisionofthetwo suppliersthoroughlyinthestaticenvironment.Onemodelisinthedeliverytimewindow setting, the othermodelisinthe“FreshnessClause”setting. And thispaperalso solvesthe problemof supply chaincoordinatedmechanism in the two settings.Firstly,thispaperintroducestheliteraturereviewsoftheSupplyChainManagement, SupplyChainCoordinationManagement,VMIandSupply-Hub,andpointsoutthe shortcomingsofthepresentresearch.Secondly,thispaperaimstheassemblysystemas theresearchobject.Theconditionoftheassemblysystemisthatthedeliverytimeofthe twosuppliersisuncertainandstochastic.Thispaperbringsforththenewideaofthe deliverytimewindowmechanismandacoordinationmechanism.Theresulttellsthat,the deliverytimewindowstrategycaneffectivelyreducethecostofsupplier,andthelonger thetimewindowis,thelowerthecostofsuppliersare,butasingledeliverytimewindow strategycantcompletelyrealizetheentiresupplychaincoordination.Andthen,basedon theformerresearchofthedeliverytimewindowmechanism,thispapergivesanewpoint of“FreshnessClause”mechanismbychangingthemethodofpaymentintheassembly system.Theresultshowsthat,ifthecostsofthesuppliers’deliverydelaypunishment increase,thepenaltymechanismcanrealizesupplychaincoordination.Finally,thepaper summarizestheresearchtheoryandthefutureresearchwherewecanmakesomemore research prospects.Keywords:JITDeliveryTimeWindowFreshnessClausePenalty Cost目录摘要...............................................................................................................
