Proposed Actions 2.1 Test pull-of Strength of XH111 Normal bonding with concrete and insulating board 1) Cut insulating board into circle shape, diameter=13mm 2) Using XH111 Normal, to bond insulating board on concrete(Type: C30) 3) Using Araldite Standard, to bond dolly on the insulating board. 4) Curing schedule: 16hrs @ 40oC 5) Surface treatment: contrete: grinding; dolly: sandblasting; insulating board: solvent wipe 3. Results and Discussion 3.1 Result Product Pneumatic adhesion [MPa] Broken point XH111 Normal A/B 2.55 substrate failure (concrete) 4. Conclusion and Recommendations 4.1 XH111 Normal provide a strong bonding for concrete / Insulation broad in term of pull off test (substrate failure). 5.
