摘 要 在当前全球市场竞争愈来愈激烈的经济背景下，跨国服务公司若要增强企业的全 球市场竞争力和产品创新力，必须对全球资源进行优化配置和高效整合，跨国服务的 模块化发展为跨国服务公司实现这一战略目标提供了重要途径，这在客观上也强有力 地推动了跨国服务外包行业的发展，与此同时，跨国服务外包也为中国服务外包行业 提供了发展契机。虽然目前与欧美、印度等国家相比，我国本土服务外包接包企业仍 处在全球价值链的低端环节，但在全球服务业转移以跨国服务模块化外包为主要形式 的背景下，研究我国本土服务外包接包企业如何通过嵌入跨国公司服务模块化外包网 络并提升自身成长绩效，具有重要的理论及现实意义。 本文围绕跨国服务模块化外包网络的形成机理和网络特性展开研究，提出跨国公 司服务模块化外包网络中本土接包企业提升成长绩效所必需两大因素：网络能力和关 系嵌入，并且结合跨国服务模块化外包网络的网络特性和模块化机理，分别将网络能 力划分为服务柔性生产能力、服务产品模块化能力、组织学习能力、与服务流程中前 后模块企业的协调能力四个维度，将关系嵌入划分为与顾客需求的契合度、界面规则 的遵守度以及与跨国公司文化/价值观的相似度三个维度，通过相应的理论分析，研 究本土接包企业的网络能力和关系嵌入是如何影响其成长绩效的，从而对我国本土服 务外包接包企业如何通过构建网络能力和提高关系嵌入度来提升成长绩效提出建议。 关键字：跨国服务模块化外包；网络能力；关系嵌入；成长绩效  Abstract As the global market competition becomes more intense, the multinational companies have to be more efficiently integrating global resources, and enhance the global competitiveness and ability to innovate, multinational service modular for multinational company provides an important path to achieve this goal, also objectively vigorously promoted the development of international service outsourcing, at the same time, it is also brought China service outsourcing industry development opportunities.
