摘 摘 要ii摘 要随着我国经济和旅游业的不断发展，旅游消费和旅游观念逐渐深入人心。特 别是那些在消费前沿的城市居民，在经历了以观光为主要目的的发展阶段后，对 旅游需求有了更高的要求。之前那些走马观花的的方式在已经不适合他们的生活 发展需求，彻底身心放松与休闲的方式受到大家的追捧。因为这种方式既能满足 人的心理和精神的需要，也能满足各方面自我发展的需要。综上所述条件，就为 产权式酒店在全国以及湘西民族旅游地区的崛起和发展奠定了基础。产权式酒店然而在我国出现时间不长，但在西方国家流行多年。在我国特别 是在民族旅游地区还处于萌芽状态，仍然是一个新兴投资方式，市场有待成熟和 规范。本文通过对国内外产权式酒店发展以及湘西民族旅游地区产权式酒店的研 究，提出了该地区产权式酒店存在的问题，并给出了相应的解决对策。特别指出： 国内外经营模式是的引进，要与湘西民族旅游地区产权式酒店的发展相结合，使 得该地区产权式酒店与当地消费水平相适应，使产权式酒店民族化、本土化，最 终使它成为湘西民族旅游地区的发展新经济增长点。本论文在选题和研究切入点是一个创新的尝试。国内关于运用经济因素、管 理学等理论系统研究产权式酒店发展问题，还在初步阶段。经济的发展与地产业、 旅游业有着密切的互动作用，为产权式酒店的萌生与发展提供了必要条件。经济 的发展以及政策的推行既可能是促进产权式酒店发展的动力，也可能成为制约产 权式酒店发展的瓶颈。管理理论的成熟，为产权式酒店的管理提供了模式，具有 重要的借鉴意义。那么对于湘西民族旅游地区的产权式酒店发展来讲，研究经济 发展的影响、管理理论的应运，具有其独创性和重要的意义。本文以湘西民族旅 游地区的产权式酒店发展为切入点，以经济因素、管理理论这一新颖性的角度来 进一步深入研究湘西民族旅游地区产权式酒店发展问题，最终提出了产权式酒店 在该地区的发展思路。主题词： 湘西民族旅游地区；产权式酒店；运营模式ABABSTRACTiiiiAlong with Along with our country economy sustained and rapid development of vacationtourism has been further development.
