摘要河南日报报业集团自 2000 年 7 月 28 日成立以来,经过了近 10 年的发展,“做大 做强”成为报业集团发展的战略目标。伴随着报业的集团化、产业化进程,河南日报报 业集团下属的报纸数量也越来越多,但是由于缺乏合理的广告经营模式,报业集团内部 的各子媒体的竞争越来越激烈。如何选择适应当前集团发展的广告经营模式,避免“内 耗”,成为河南日报报业集团目前亟需研究和解决的课题。相对于经济形势和国家政策等不可控因素,广告经营模式作为集团可控选择的一种 管理手段,对集团的广告经营产生着巨大的作用。目前来说,河南日报报业集团存在着 广告管理体制混乱、经营主体权责不明、激励机制匮乏等一系列问题,严重影响了集团 广告经营的收益和其进一步发展。广告经营模式是媒介广告经营管理结构的外在表现,它还包括企业的经营理念、人 才管理和运作方式等诸多方面。现阶段我国存在的广告经营模式大概可分为“统一经 营”、“分散经营”、“统分结合”、和“公司化经营”四种经营模式。无论哪一种经营模 式都有其固有的优点和缺点。广告经营模式的选择不仅要适应当前集团经营的外部环境 和内部环境,而且要与当前集团本身的发展阶段相适应。在当前我国报业发展环境下, 一般来说,成立期的报业集团适合采用“统一经营”的广告经营模式,处于发展期时则 适合采取“统分结合”的模式,而当集团步入发展成熟期,“公司化”经营模式应当是 最合理的广告经营模式。河南日报报业集团的广告经营模式选择是一个系统的过程。从各报纸的差异化定位 和采编策略到品牌化战略,从建立适当的激励制度到内部资源的全面整合都是在进行广 告经营模式选择的过程中的问题需要逐一解决。总之,在当前世界经济形势的恶化和新 媒体的冲击之下,“公司化”经营的广告经营模式能分担风险,及时快速应对市场变化, 是河南日报报业集团最佳的选择模式。关键词:河南日报报业集团,广告经营,模式IABSTRACTSince 2000 July 28 inception, Henan daily newspaper group had already passed nearly 10 years of development, bigger and stronger become newspaper group the current development of strategic objectives.
