摘要摘要摘要摘要本文研究的主要目的是运用比较研宄的方法，研究汽车企业在现实环境条件下，可持续发展能力与国际标准的差距及其原因，从而为提高我国汽车企业的可持续发展能九提供对策。其理论意义在于解决中国汽车企业在可持续发展能力方面低下的原因；实践意义在于为准备提高可持续发展能力的中国汽车企业提供理性思考的方法和可采用的对策。本论文运用管理学、经济学和数学的研究方法，遵循事物发展的一般规律，按照事物内部不同要素之间的因果关系，研究了中国汽车企业在国际竞争力方面与国际水平的差距，分析了差距产生的深层次原因，提出了提高可持续发展能力的对策。本文从不同角度解析了企业可持续发展能力的内涵。分析了汽车企业可持续发展能力低下的原因，提出了体制、机制创新、品牌建设、人才培养、文化建设等方面是对可持续发展能力有重大影响的因素。本文从战略角度阐述了汽车企业如何培养可持续发展能力，把培育可持续发展能力和企业战略融合在一起，为企业提供了制定经营战略的思路。虽然昌河汽车股份公司在经过几年的发展，可持续发展能力取得了长足的进步，但是与国内同行业相比还是有一定的差距，与国际大型汽车企业相比差距更为明显而产生这些差距的原因既有体制、机制方面的问题，也有技术、知识、管理等方面的因素。基于我国的基本国情、汽车行业竞争情况以及昌河汽车股份公司的发展现状，本文认为，昌河汽车股份公司应该从改变公司治理结构，推进品牌建设，培育企业核心竞力，加强企业的体制、机制创新能力等几个方面入手，加强可持续发展能力。关键词：可持续发展、战略研究IIAbstractAbstractAbstractAbstractThis article studies the main purpose is grinds using the comparison gui the method，studies the automobile enterprise in the realistic environmental condition Next，sustainable development ability and international standard disparity and reason， thus to enhance Our country Automobile Enterprise to be possible Sustained development ability provides the countermeasure。Its theory significance lies in solves the Chinese Automobile Enterprise in the sustainable development ability sideSurface low reason。The practice significance lies in for the preparation sharpens thesustainable development ability the Chinese Automobile Enterprise to provide the principle The natural ponder’S method and may use countermeasure。The present paper utilization management science，the economic andmathematics research technique，follows the things develop—the rule。According to the thing interior different essential factor’S between causal relation，has studied the Chinese Automobile Enterprise in the international competitiveness aspect and intemational The horizontal disparity,has analyzed the deep level reason which the disparity produces，proposed sharpens the sustainable development ability thecountermeasure。This article has analyzed the enterprise sustainable development ability connotation from the dif
