55 PAGE PAGE 1摘要经济的全球化,技艺和劳动组织改革,我国实现新型工业化道路建设等等,社 会的发展对高技能人才的要求产生了变化。如何尽快培养数量多、质量好、适应能 力强的高技能应用型人才,已成为我国高等职业教育发展、人才培养的当务之急。 加强“校企合作、工学结合”的办学模式,开展高等职业技术教育,正是解决这种 当务之急的有效途径和“良方”。本文研究“校企合作、工学结合” 作为一种有效的办学模式,必将成为推动我 国职业教育发展的重要战略选择。通过研究认为“校企合作、工学结合”办学模式, 有利于共创产与学双赢的局面,能充分运用校企双方优势使理论与实际相结合,加 强学生的实际操作能力,提高教师的实际教学经验,缩短产学差距,提升职业教育 功效,培养企业所需要的人才。在“校企合作、工学结合”的办学过程中,政府可以通过制定相关法律、法规、 政策,鼓励企业积极参与高技能人才培养,加强人力资本投资,为高等职业技术学 院提供实习场地、设备、师资等。企业要从经济发展的角度考虑,把高等职业技术 学院作为自己人才的“血库”,与高等职业技术学院进行校企合作,共同承担应用 型技能人才培养的使命。高等职业院校应借鉴国外职业教育的先进经验,解放办学 思想、转变办学观念、改革教学模式和教学体系,实现专业与产业对接、课程与产 品项目整合、学校教师和企业技能大师融合,走“校企合作”之路,树立能力本位 思想。通过政府、企业、学校三位一体,立足区域经济发展,培养适应企业需要的 应用型技能人才,为国家经济建设提供人才保障。关键词:高职教育,办学模式,校企合作,能力本位。AbstractGlobalizating of the economy, Reforming of skills and labor organizations, realizing of the new industrialization construction of our country, etc., the demands of high-skilled personnel has changed of the development of the community. How to train a large number of quantity, better quality and adaptable application of high-skilled talents has become the urgent matter of Chinas higher vocational education development. It is an effective way to address this priority and the prescription of higher vocational and technical education to strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and combination work-study,The school-enterprise cooperation and combination work-study as an effective mode that is studied in this paper will become the important strategic choice to promote the development of Chinas vocational education. Through research it is thought that the school-enterprise cooperation and combination work-study mode is conducive to the combination of the production and learning to create a win-win situation, as well as make full use of institues and businesses to promote the advantages of both theory and practice combine to enhance the students hands-on capacity-building, improve the practical teaching experience of teachers, shorten the gap between production and learning to enhance the effective
