摘 要伴随着全球经济一体化，任何一个企业都与其他企业有着千丝万缕的联系，同时 愈演愈烈的市场竞争，也使得企业之间的竞争模式由单一的竞争转变为供应链与供应 链之间的竞争。在这样的环境条件下，也就产生了供应链管理，这样一种新的管理模 式。而在供应链管理理论与实践日趋发展的今天，理论界和企业界也把研究的注意力 放在了如何提高供应链合作绩效上，供应链合作关系作为影响供应链绩效的重要因素， 也就成为了当今研究供应链管理的热点内容。但是当今理论界对于我国这类市场经济 还不完善的发展中国家，关于供应链合作关系对供应链合作绩效影响的研究还是相当 缺乏的。因此，本文主要选取国内制造服务型企业作为研究对象，分析在不确定条件 下供应链合作关系水平对合作绩效的影响，进而探索几者之间的关系。在阅读了大量供应链合作关系以及供应链合作绩效等文献资料的基础上，本研究 对相关的知识点和研究结果进行了整理和分析，探索着建立了供应链合作关系的结构 模型，将供应链企业间关系水平分为五个维度：信任、承诺、满意、信息共享和企业 声誉，并分别分析了这几个维度对供应链合作绩效的影响。界定了供应链合作绩效的 维度包括成本、质量、客户满意以及间接绩效。综合分析了供应链合作关系是如何影 响供应链合作绩效的，并构建了以不确定性为控制变量，研究供应链合作关系与绩效 之间关系的概念模型，并由此提出研究假设。在第四章对变量做了描述性统计分析、 信度和效度分析、相关性分析等以检验本文所提出的各种假设。最后，根据数据分析 结果得出文本的研究结论。本研究以我国各地区的供应链企业为研究对象，通过对我国各地区企业发放调查 问卷收集数据，选用相对成熟的量表测量。运用 SPSS19.0 等统计软件对收回的统计 问卷进行描述性统计分析，进行量表的信度和效度分析用以检验量表，在相关分析的 基础上，也对本文提出的概念模型和各类假设进行了验证。结果显示，在我国供应链 企业间关系的好坏对于合作绩效的影响是显著的。并且，在不同强弱程度的不确定条 件下，供应链合作关系对合作绩效的影响不一致，存在一定的差异。最后，针对本文 的研究结论，根据我国实际情况提出了改善我国供应链合作关系的对策建议。关键词：供应链 合作关系 不确定性 合作绩效2ABSTRACTWith the global economic integration, any enterprise is connected with other enterprises, intensified competition in the market makes the competition between the enterprises mode by a single competition into competition between supply chain.
