某基层综合医院HIV初筛结果调查分析 　　[摘要] 目的 了解某基层综合医院就诊患者HIV感染情况及抗体初筛检测阳性检出情况。 方法 回顾性分析该院2012年1月～2016年12月间就诊患者HIV抗体筛查检测结果。 结果 2012～2016年对155 408例患者进行HIV抗体初筛检测，阳性166例。初筛阳性检出率2012年为0.144%；2013年为0.134%；2014年为0.097%，2015年为0.069%；2016年为0.113%。HIV初筛阳性者中男134例（80.72%），女32例（19.28%），男女发病比率4.19∶1。住院筛查阳性123例（74.10%），门诊就诊筛查阳性43例（25.90%）。 结论 在住院患者中普遍开展初筛试验非常必要，常规检测住院患者HIV抗体意义重大。 中国论文网 /6/viewhtm　　[关键词] HIV抗体；初筛实验；就诊患者 ；综合性医院 　　[中图分类号] R512.91 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）29-0102-03 　　An analysis of investigation on HIV initial screening results in a grass-root comprehensive hospital 　　LI Mingzhu 　　Department of Disease Prevention and Control， Dashiqiao Central Hospital in Liaoning Province， Dashiqiao 115100， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the HIV infection conditions and positive detection in antibody initial screening in the patients in a grass-root comprehensive hospital. Methods The results of HIV antibody screening were analyzed retrospectively in the patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to December 2016. Results From 2012 to 2016， 155408 cases were given HIV antibody initial screening test， with positive results in 166 cases. The positive detection rate of initial screening was 0.144% in 2012； 0.134% in 2013； 0.097% in 2014； 0.069% in 2015； 0.113% in 2016. There were 134 males （80.72%） and 32 females （19.28%） with positive screening result of HIV. The incidence ratio of men and women was 4.19： 1. There were 123 cases（74.10%） with positive screening in hospitalization， and 43 cases（25.90%） with positive screening in outpatient. Conclusion It is highly necessary to carry out initial screening test in hospitalized patients.
